Chapter 1
The door to the room slowly opened and a figure tentatively made his way in.  He had never been in Ike’s room before; he was simply there to return a book for a friend.
The room was the typical dorm-style room.  It had a single bed set up against the wall, a dresser with a mirror and a bookshelf/desk combination.  It reminded him of his own room, but a lot messier.  The bed was unmade, some overfilled drawers had been left opened, and the desk was littered with papers.

It was late afternoon and Ike had just watched Pit take flight to find some firewood.  Turning, he walked back to the campsite where the group was camping for the night.  Tonight was the second night on their small trip to Melior, capital of Crimea and there was a definite excitement in the air.  Smiling, he sat down next to Soren to assist him with dividing up the food for dinner.
“You sounded like a mother.” Soren quietly said to Ike as he cut a loaf of bread.
“What do you mean?” Ike asked surprised.

A story that branches off of A New Heaven, this one centering on the budding relationship between Link and Soren.

The bell rang the end of another school day.  It was a typical late summer day, the promise of the upcoming fall already seen by the shortening days.  Teens of various ages flooded the halls of Northmont High School as the first day of school came to an end.
Book bag slung over one shoulder, Link made his way carefully through the crowd until he reached one of the doors leading to the courtyard.  Looking around the yard he finally spotted his friend Ike leaning against the wall, a small crowd of people around him.

Thanksgiving Vacation

Hey everyone! It’s that time of the year again when family tries to come together and give thanks. This year, we head to Texas!

YAY!!!

Well…BOOO!!

Thanks to my grandparents’ backward ways, they don’t have any internet. You read that right…NO INTERNET Luckily, the last few times I visited I was able to latch onto their neighbor’s wifi. IF I am able to do this…and I PRAY I am…I can still keep up with all my friends here are DA. Also, hopefully I will get some good writing in. Some pretty big stuff is happening in A New Heaven...so let's see where it goes

If you don’t hear from me…HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!
